Terms and Conditions of Rental Booking

The rental agreement is for short term holiday occupation only, between the agreed dates.

Telephone provisional bookings are good for 3 working days, whilst awaiting 30% deposit.

Booking will be confirmed in writing on receipt of 30% deposit.

Balance of total payment due four weeks prior to commencement of holiday, if balance not received two weeks prior to commencement of holiday, deposit will be forfeit and holiday cancelled, unless special arrangements have been agreed.

All cheques should be made payable to R & KJ Ellis.

Cottage is available from 3 p.m. on arrival day, and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the morning of departure. it should be left clean and tidy.

Sorry no pets.

Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.

No 'Stag' or 'Hen' parties.

No under 18 groups without a minimum of one supervising parent. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if this condition is broken.

Maximum occupancy of the cottage is normally 6 (4 adults and 2 children) unless a special exception has been agreed. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if this condition is broken.

Only the pre-agreed numbers of people may occupy the cottage during the rental period. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if this condition is broken.

Prices listed are for up to 4 guests, additional guests @ £10 per person, per week.

Fold out beds are not recommended for over 14 year olds

Price includes all bed linen, but not hand, bath or beach towels.

Electricity is via a £1 coin operated meter. (we budget for £5 per week in Summer, £10 per week in Winter)

Reasonable care should be taken of the property, its furniture, fixtures and fittings. We reserve the right to charge for any cleaning or replacement of any items that have been subject to unreasonable damage.
